Secure Ordering - For your comfort and safety, Bergen Designs uses secure server technology. This means that you can enter your personal information and credit card information directly online with us, and that information will be immediately encrypted to assure maximum security of all data. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Order By Phone: To order by phone, please call 303-823-6913. If you get our machine, please leave your name, number and a convenient time for us to call you back. We will call you back within 24 hours.

Order By Fax: To order by fax, click here for the order form. Fill out the form and fax it to us at 303-823-6913.

Return Policy - At Bergen Designs, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have 30 days from the date we shipped it to return it to us. Just call us at 303-823-6913 or e-mail us at Customer Service and we'll arrange for the item to be picked up by UPS. We ask that you cover the shipping for any returns. Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item once it is back in our shop.

Shipping Policy - Bergen Designs is proud to ship our packages via UPS. Typically, it will take no more than 5-10 days to complete your order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the UPS tracking number and your credit card will be charged. UPS ground usually take 3-5 days to arrive at your home - depending upon which zone you're in. You will also be given various options should you prefer to have your package arrive earlier.

Most flagstone furniture is shipped by ground freight directly to your home. Please allow 2-3 weeks for ths completion of your pieces before it can be shipped out. You will receive and e-mail to make you aware of the expected delivery date.

Order Tracking - If you'd like to track your order, you can go to the UPS web site and enter the tracking number that you received in the e-mail we sent you when we shipped your order.
